What's Going On Update

Feb 8, 2011: We gave the judge a lot of great testimony to think about today.  Although he was not prepared to make a ruling from the bench, we don’t anticipate it being very long before we are given an answer.

While it has been some time since the last update on our battle to overcome the PACT Act, rest assured that we have continued working in the background. Our case is scheduled to be heard in the US District Court, Eastern Division of Pennsylvania, on February 8, 2011. We hope that the outcome will lead to a victory for us and our loyal customers alike. In order to eliminate the need for bothersome emails, please keep posted to this site and our Facebook page. As more information becomes available we will keep these pages up to date. We have got some great deals lined up for our customers to celebrate the victory once it is achieved!
